Paige Rodgers, MBASeptember 2026 Update I’m updating my review because, while I was extremely happy with the pool installation initially, I’ve now been waiting two months for a few issues to be resolved. I’ve reached back out to the team and am currently waiting for follow-up. I’m hopeful we can get everything resolved soon, and I’ll update this review again once it is. June 2026 After interviewing and pricing 13 local pool companies, we chose Ole and his team—and it proved to be the right decision. Many companies had larger marketing budgets, polished websites, and impressive sales presentations. What stood out about Ole was his honesty, responsiveness, and confidence in delivering exactly what he promised. Our project started on March 23 and was completed on May 21—just under 8½ weeks from start to finish. Most importantly, Ole committed to having the pool ready in time for my son’s graduation party, and he delivered exactly as promised. Being able to celebrate such an important milestone with family and friends around the pool made all the difference. What impressed us most was that the experience wasn’t about one person—it was about an entire team that genuinely cared. Julie was wonderful to work with and always helpful throughout the process. From the design phase, to Jeff, to Z and the concrete patio crew, every person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to doing quality work. As a homeowner making a significant investment, I did extensive research before making a decision. While other companies had more marketing, Ole and his team had something more valuable: integrity, experience, communication, and follow-through. No construction project is completely without challenges, but when questions arose, they were addressed promptly and professionally. The team consistently focused on solutions and keeping the project moving forward. Now, looking out at our backyard, we’re reminded daily that we made the right choice. The pool has become a gathering place for family, friends, and celebrations, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re looking for a pool company that delivers quality work, communicates well, honors its commitments, and treats customers with respect, I would confidently recommend Ole, Julie, and the entire team.Posted on Google

misty bauerAbsolutely LOVE this pool company! I purchased a home in 2024 with a 22,000 in ground pool and this was the first company I called for help. Never owning a pool before my first opening I went through “pool school” in May 2024 to learn all the bells and whistles and chemicals. They have opened and closed my pool every year since and have taken care of small maintenance issues with my older sand filter. They also installed a gas heater last year. I look forward to seeing Tim twice a year and showing him my pool throughout the season. They are so helpful, professional and kind.
